3. Improve review quality
Turning negative evaluations and criticisms into positive comments will take time and will require constant work. The faster you respond to user feedback and update your app, the better feedback you’ll get.
As we have said before, it is crucial to know how and when to ask for ratings and comments.
You can do a survey inside your App in the tenth session, if the comment is positive you can encourage the user to publish it directly in the App Store, and if it is negative you can include an email to send your feedback.
This way you will get valuable information, quality reviews and avoid bad public comments.
